facing below error while submitting the PO
Function ProjBudgetTransactionLine_Virtual::construct has been incorrectly called.

I have not found something on LCS about a bug/hotifx or workaround.
Do you have a developer around who could help you debugging this issue?

This issue can occur if there is a deactivated expense category on a project purchase order. KB 4346274 should resolve this for you and it is published in LCS for you to download.
