As you know Microsoft dynamic 365 have couple of by default Mobile workspace.
I want to create/configure purchase requisition mobile workspace same as Purchase order mobile workspace.
Please suggest me, how I can achieve this.

You are now repeating your question. Microsoft provided a step-by-step example based on sales orders, I can't change their example. :-) Watch the tutorial videos and try to apply it on purchase requisitions. The approach should be similar.
I have gone through the article and able to show purchase requisition data in mobile workspace but i want manager can approve the purchase requisition though mobile workspace.
Can you please suggest me the same.

I have no deep knowledge on the mobile workspaces. There is a workspace for invoice approval. You might be able to export this one and import it with another name to learn how this one is created: docs.microsoft.com/.../invoice-approval-mobile-workspace
Then you can try to create your own for the requisitions.
