Hi Subhransup,
Not sure about the "Feedback" option, but I can tell you about Performance feedback.
This is the source type that you will get when sending feedback to someone from the Performance journal form; menu path: Employee development -> Links -> Performance -> Performance journal
I will follow-up on this next week.

Performance journal source types describe where the performance journals come from. You can see whether a journal item will be viewed by default by the manager only, the employee only, or both the manager and the employee. You can't disable source types at this time.
