Unable to install Invoice Capture app

Hi, I'm trying to install Invoice Capture in Dynamics and I'm getting this error:

Hi,

I found an old thread for you, users describe problems similar to yours, he discovered this was due to a final step of 'installing' the "Finance and Operations Virtual Entity", you can refer to this thread: Dynamics Community Forum Thread Details.

You can also refer to the official documentation to check that each step is as required by the documentation: Install the Invoice capture solution - Finance | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. It describes how to install the Invoice capture solution and the prerequisites that need to be met.

Hi,

Not sure if you already received a response on this, but the MSFT Invoice Capture team commented that this commonly happens if your D365 environment is not integrated to the Power Platform Environment. If you are using your Microsoft provided Production or Sandbox environment, you will need to Setup the Power Platform integration in LCS. If you are using a cloud-hosted environment, you will need to create a new environment and create a new Power Platform environment on provisioning of the D365 environment. Per the documentation, you cannot setup a link to a Power Platform environment for a cloud-hosted environment after provisioning, so a new environment is required.

Invoice Capture (current release) does not support unintegrated environments.
