Dynamics AX 2012 R3 users upgrade to Dynamics 365 finance and operations on-premises

Hi All,

we have upgraded our AX 2012 to D365F&O on-premises , however i have changed the network domain and alias and sid of the users but they still can not log in to d365F&O , am only deleting the user and reimporting them in able for the users to log in.

is there any specific query needs to be run on the upgraded database ?

Hi Mohammad,

You can compare the table contents for differences before and after deleting and reimporting a user. Then you know what value of the UserInfo or SysUserInfo table is incorrect.
