Hi,
I have recently set up a new user and applied the same security roles as a standard user. However, this new user cannot see two of the forms on Opportunity (usually the user can switch between forms) and I am at a loss to understand why. The user profile was added via 0365 and a licensed provisioned. I then added a new record in D365 and confirm the user CAN access the system, just not the forms.
Steps taken:
- I have checked security roles applied and they are identical to other users
- I have gone to the forms he cannot see and 'Activated' all forms, then Published all customisations.
- I have looked at the 'Enable Security roles' settings on the forms and confirm it is set to 'Display to Everyone'
Any help greatly appreciated.
Is it possible perhaps that the issue might be at O365 level?
