Hi All,

I follow the steps to print the logo on POS receipt using OPOS printer:

  1. The first step is to add the Logo field to your receipt's layout. 
  2. Name the file RetailPOSLogo.bmp and copy it into the \Retail POS\ folder, along with the POS.exe

Test the Print, but Logo isn't print on receipt.

Do I miss any step? 

Please help me on this.

    Hi,

    What is the size of bmp file? If size is beyond some limit then although you put a control in Receipt layout doesn't works. Try to keep image size as much as small and try for testing.
