Hello Good Day. After recent organization-wide implementation of the new Unified Client Service Level Agreement (SLA's), several users from across different business team units have reported this error which is prompted when one of the applicable when or success on fields in the SLA configuration. The central message involves an SLA Item related modern workflow not triggering or the workflow failing to execute. The modern flow is turned on and active and works for other records. Based on limited testing, It's only when the applicable or success on fields are automatically or manually on a record, then this error is prompted. In most cases, the SLA and the SLA Items work fine without issue. Again, these error issues are only prompted during some sort of user interaction with the record on which the SLA is active.
Attached is a screen shot of what the error looks like. The error message specifies an SLA Item for which the associated modern workflow is failing to execute.

This is a known issue in CRM. The solution is deactivating and re-activating all flows associated to SLA Item.
