Urgent Help Needed: Dynamics 365 Business Central User Account Hopping Issue

Dear Dynamics 365 Community,
I'm facing a critical issue in Dynamics 365 Business Central that I need urgent assistance with. We're experiencing user account hopping problems within our ERP system, and it's causing significant disruptions to our operations.
Infrastructure Overview:
We operate on Azure Cloud with the following setup:
1: Active Directory Server
2: SQL Server 2019 for the database
3: Business Central application and web application
For security purposes, we've implemented an application gateway with configured backend pools and listeners. SSL certificates are set up at the application gateway. The user accesses the web URL, and the request goes through the application gateway to the backend servers.
Software Configuration:
- Software and web applications are installed on the same server.
- The database is hosted on a separate server.
- All servers are within the same V-net and domain server.
Error Description:
The issue arises when I'm logged into ERP with my credentials. Suddenly, the ERP starts /hopping/ to other user accounts without any action from my side. A simple refresh brings back my user account, but this issue occurs frequently throughout the day, sometimes 5 to 6 times. 
This is becoming highly problematic as administrator users end up opening in other user systems, such as the CFO account appearing on a data entry system.
Request for Assistance:
I urgently need your help to resolve this issue. It's impacting our operations and jeopardizing our data security. If anyone has encountered a similar problem or has expertise in troubleshooting ERP user account hopping issues, please share your insights or solutions.
