Hi,
I have D365 Customer Engagement License and I have created a Field service Environment and assigned those Customer Engagement license to use now i want to add an Addon of RSO to my Field service Environment, but when I try to find the addon I am unable to find it. Please help me how I can find RSO admin with Customer Engagement License.
To request an RSO trial you will need to contact your Microsoft representative(if you have one) or create a support ticket with Microsoft support and they should be able to request the trial for you as described in the documentation.

I don't want trial i want to Add an Addon to my field service environment on with Customer engagement as License.
Mis-understood your request. In that case you need to purchase RSO licenses (licensed per optimized resource, not per dispatcher). How you get the license depends on whether you have a contract with Microsoft or a reseller. After that you will see the RSO subscription in your tenant and be able to deploy it to the desired instance(s).
