I am trying to Query today's work hours (start time, End time, Duration and Time Zone) for Bookable resource. I tried using advanced find and XrmToolBox. could you please help me to query using XrmToolBox or any other tool.

I don't think you can filter the resource availability as one record. resource availability is more like a rule rather than records, it depends on the booking already scheduled.
We don’t have specific entity to extract/export the resource availability currently. Resource Availability still depends on Schedule Board for display .
To View the availability of each resource, I would like to suggest you view it in Schedule Board, but extracting the availability data is not supported. You can raise your suggestion or ideas here experience.dynamics.com/.../this would be helpful as the more votes will help PG understand Customer’s needs to have this feature developed.
You will need to use XrmToolBox with the XMLBuilder.
The two entities you need to look for is Calendars and CalendarRules entities. The CalendarRules entity holds the information you are looking for but the results are stored as XML and not flat records so it may be a little more difficult to report on than normal.
Each Bookable Resource will have a CalendarId which you will need to find out to get the correct resource.
