D365 MPOS Receipt Customization and Configuration

Hi All,
I hope everyone is fine.
I need to get help in customization and configuration d365 Mpos. 
I performed following steps 

  1. Create Sample Extension path -> RetailSDK\SampleExtensions\CommerceRuntime 
  2. Build the Extension and replace dll in Reference  path - > RetailSDK\References
  3. Add Extension Reference CommerceRuntime.Ext, CommerceRuntime.MPOSOffline.Ext , DLLHost.exe , path -> RetailSDK\Assets
  4. Add Extension Reference  Customization file path -> RetailSDK\BuildTools

when i deployed my package to LCS it deployed successful but still return error of couldn't found my custom extension in existing folder even i copy my dll and paste in retail server but still showing same error.

  Please Guide me , I'm very thankful to you

    Hi,

    What I can figure out is, you are trying to deploy CRT sample extensions already available as part RetailSDK package. For that you need to add entries of custom dlls in Assets\CommerceRuntime.Ext.config , build solution and deploy. Post deployment, you will be able to see the same entried in  RetailServer\WebRoot\bin\Ext\CommerceRuntime.Ext.config. Hope this helps.

    Thank you so much for your suggestion.
    Actually i want to use my Custom extension to Offline and Online in both cases.
    As you informed me in Online case it is working but let me know which steps must be taken for the offline case.

    I need to get Data from Database in my Custom Extension what steps should be done.

    I need to run my code in both Online and offline case please give my any suggestion .
