The business I work for is having Dynamics 365 CRM sales implemented by an external provider.
The roll out is going well but we have hit a slight wall in terms of reporting. We are having rolled out 365 sales and as such expected to be able to build views/charts that show a count of leads with a certain product associated with it.
Please see example graph below:

Our implementation partner is saying that it is not possible to build this view/chart. I am slightly surprised by this as having purchased a sales system you would have thought that monitoring the amount of sales you are expecting to make would be a fairly standard feature!
I hope some of you out there are able to reassure me that counting the number of leads with a certain product attached to it is simple.....
For the sake of clarity, I would also expect to be able to show other sales related data like who owns the leads for product B for example, how long the leads for product D have been open etc. And also role similar graphs out for opportunities, but it surely can't be beyond Dynamics to offer this sort of basic sales reporting??
