Template - Email purchase requisition D365

Good afternoon. I configured a template for a purchase request and it works fine, however, in Latin America we use accents in the vowels, so I created my template using them to show proper grammar in the emails. The problem is that in the email that is reaching the users, a symbol is shown instead of the accent. How can this configuration be correctly generated?

Thanks in advance,

Those characters are not valid in HTML (HTML template) and will therefore not display correctly. There is a solution though, have a look here https://www.w3schools.com/charsets/ref_utf_latin1_supplement.asp and use the HTML codes for the accents or other invalid HTML characters in your HTML template.

    E.g. use ã instead of Ã£
