Hi everyone,

After enabling offline profile and downloading it can't see the list of work orders in Field Service Mobile.

I have the same question (0)

    What is you offline filter for the Work Order entity?

    Have you enabled the offline profile to you model driven app?

    Filter is 'All rows'. Offline profile is enabled/publshed.

    When you say "it can't see the list of work orders" you mean the list is empty? Does the same user see WOs when logging into the web client? Can you share a screenshot of you offline filters? Do you really want to sync "All rows" of the WO table?

    I do remember that sometimes the entity has a org filter - "The entities that are enabled for mobile offline by default have Modified On set for Last X Days = 10, so the data modified or created in the last 10 days will be available for downloading to mobile devices."

    Check if work orders have this as well?

    The same user can see WOs on Web version. Everything works just fine before implementing offline mode. No i dont need all rows. I just set it to all rows to make sure that filter is not the issue.

    "Enable for Mobile Offline" is ticked. There are new work orders, i dont think that is the issue :/

    Ah, so it doesn't seem to be a sync issue, there should be 33 WOs in the local DB. Did you modify the WO view in FS Mobile? Can you check FSM's sitemap to see which WO view(s) are available and if the user can access those? I would also try re-installing the app.

    I didn't change anything regarding views, but if there was an issue, shouldn't it be an issue also when we are on online mode? The only thing I didn't do was re-installing the app, but I did reset the storage so I suppose it is the same as re-installing. Anyway trying to re-install right now.

    Re-installing didn't help. Everything work's just fine before downloading offline DB, after downloading offline DB it stops working even when wifi is on!
