how do i attach a workflow to a CASE ?

Yes i have created the workflow already , but i don't know how to link it to the CASE CATEGORY

i created the Case Category and the workflow, but how will the workflow be triggered when i create the case ?

The answer to my question is that you don't need to link it , it appears on its own
I am noticing that while I have created a Case and a workflow for case management the yellow bar does not appear when I create the case to submit it to workflow. What step is missing?
