Booking timeline to workorder timeline

Hi!

When our technicians use Dynamics Field Mobile App I have set it up with the Bookable resource + Work order template form. 
When the technichians then use notes in the Mobile App the notes only comes in the timeline for the Bookings Form in Dynamics. 


It would be a lot better if all notes from technicians comes into the Timeline in the workorder. If not we have to check the notes in many different timelines/bookings for 1 single workorder. 
Anyone who knows how this could be done?

    Hi,

    Have you tried it with another browser or another OS?

    This seems to be related to the non-adaptation of the UI. My screenshots were generated in Chrome on Win 10 OS.

    In the note-form I dont see the form assistant as you have in your form.

    Hi,

    Please let me know the details about the problems you are facing now.

    The main point of the Workflow is that how to set the parameters of the former note into the latter one.

    For example, the Title.

    1. Locate the cursor in the textbox for Title on the left.

    1. Select the Title from the list.

    1. Click the Add button to add the Title as a dynamic value.

    1. Click the OK button to add the dynamic value into the textbox.

    1. The same operation is done for Description, while for Regarding, the Look for on the right side needs to be replaced with Regarding (Bookable Resource Booking) and Work Order.

    I tried, but it did not work. Something wrong in my setup I guess. 

    Possible to describe the setup around conditions + note a little closer.

    You can achieve it with a real-time Workflow.

    1. Go to Advanced Settings > Settings > Processes and new a Workflow.

    1. Set the process to run when the “record is created”.

    1. Check the condition.

    1. Add a step – Create a Note.

    1. Activate it.

    1. Add a note to a Booking.

    1. It will be created into the related Work Order automatically.
