How to change the email in dynamics community

Is there any way to change the email of my dynamics community profile.
I found this link but it does not change the email even though it is saying email changed successfully https://community.dynamics.com/en-US/Account/Manage/ChangeEmail

    Hi,
    In fact, current forum is support for Dynamics Guides product.
    Your question has to do with the community itself, maybe you need to contact the person in charge of the community to get help.
