Hi.
I used to be able to sync items to products with no issues (that I knew of) but lately we have been having some random problems crop up.
Most recently (and I spent most of last week trying to fix these) I discovered that 2 items in Financials are no longer in O365 Dynamics at all. They were there (synced in, originally) and seem to have been deleted. If I go into O365 Dynamics aka CRM, should I try to enter them as new items with a matching item number and couple them individually?
I'm concerned to even try that because, when I look at the overall view of Financials Items in the list view, I can see my items, but when I click on them I get an error:
When I click OK, I then get this:
When I click OK here, I get the same error for the next item:
And then it goes to the next item and it's fine.
Thanks for any help.

Apparently the new errors have now cleared themselves out on their own.

Hi Ivan,
THANKS! I almost got it now. I was able to get everything back into our CRM and applied the pricelist. Then when I went back into FF for the backward sync, I received a new error.
"An error occurred when communicating with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Detailed description: 'ProductPriceLevel' entity doesn't contain attribute with Name = 'statecode'."
I've run into this before when a item in CRM shows the Status isn't Active, but in this instance it is Active so I am not sure what to try next. Any further input?
(There are no attributes or statecodes across the line as it's an item and is not required.)
Hi Xine
On opening the item card there is a check that verifies if the last synchronization failed. If it did it should show you the last error through notification.
If you have run actions “Delete Entries Older Than 7 Days” or “Delete All Entries” on Integration Synch Job list entry that notification from Item card is looking for may be deleted. That's a bug and I've logged so that should sort out the error messages.
Now to proceed with items showing errors, you need a successful synchronization in both directions to resolve this block.
Being in the Item list page and focusing on the lost item, but not opening the card page, you can run action “Dynamics 365 for Sales” – “Set Up Coupling” and set checkbox “Create New”.
The new CRM Product will be created if a successful synchronization happens.
Then, in case the failure had happened during sync in backward direction, you need to change some field temporarily on the D365 Sales side, for example add space to description, and run action “Synchronize” in Financials Item list again. It will ask for confirmation about the direction, that should be “from CRM to NAV”.
After the sync is successfully done the item card should open without the error.
