How do I find which distribution account that applied to credit memos on the gift certificate memo?

Hi,
If its a sales credit memo you need to go to the following.
Sales >> Cards >> Customer >> Accounts button
On the sales order return what ever account mention will be your debit account on the credit memo and credit will be accounts receivable.
If you know the return document number please go to the following.
Sales >> Inquiry >> Sales Documents >> select an invoice >> Document Number link >> Item Number expansion button >> Distribution button
