I have all the pre-requisites available for Omnichannel (i.e. Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement license, Data Consent and Power BI license); but I still do not see the Omnichannel app in the list of available apps for configuration in my tenant. I have selected the proper environment as well. Is Omnichannel not available for India geography? What else could be the possible reason. I have gone through all the documentation, couldn't find a clue.
