I have all the pre-requisites available for Omnichannel (i.e. Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement license, Data Consent and Power BI license); but I still do not see the Omnichannel app in the list of available apps for configuration in my tenant. I have selected the proper environment as well. Is Omnichannel not available for India geography? What else could be the possible reason. I have gone through all the documentation, couldn't find a clue.

The List of licenses I won't be able to share here. I have tried with trial for omnichannel as well but no luck. Could you please let me know the link to raise a support ticket for quicker resolution. Thank you once again.

Thanks for your information, could you kindly share your license list in your Office 365 admin center and also try to apply for a new trial for the Omnichannel like this doc mentioned?
If this still doesn't work, please raise a ticket to Microsoft for more help.

Hi Leo. Thank you for the reply. Yes, I did check in the list of Dynamics 365 apps. The Omnichannel app is not showing up. As mentioned I have Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power BI license. I also completed data consent as mention in the provision document.

1.I applied for an India region Instance with CE license and the Omnichannel is in the list in default.
Could you see the two apps in your app list?
2.Did you try to go to PPAC->Environment->Dynamics 365 apps to chcek?
