user mailbox and queue mailbox

Can I have the same email id for user mailbox and queue mailbox ?
 
Because, we have customercare user created with a emailid
 
I need to configure ARC, so it should need a queue.. Can I have the same emailid for queue mailbox and user mailbox. Is any impact will be created ?

    emailid? 
    Does it mean an email address?
    If so, you can use same email address on two different mailboxes.
    For example, i create two mailboxes with same email address(one is use, another is queue):
