i need to enter check without settlements invoice through draw bill off exchange journal

hi all  

 I have a problem when  i get check from my client in advance  i can't to enter this check  because no open invoice for this client , can any one help me  any way or work around for this cycle

    Hi Hany Fathy Tohamy,

    Can't you simply enter the check and post it against your customer account and do the settlement later on through the customer open transaction settlement form?

    i need the same solution can you proved me how it work and how you do it do i need to make payment and add customer debit and the same customer as credit and post the journal or what
