Hello Experts,

We have recently upgraded our Field service version to latest version. Now what is happening here is-

I have enabled the quick create functionality for "Opportunity Line Item" Entity.

In Opportunity form => Opportunity Lines Tab => Products subgrid => on click of "Add product" button it is opening the Quick Create Form of "Opportunity Line Items", But if we click on "Add opportunity line item" button it is opening the Main form of "Opportunity Line Items".

I have tested the same scenario on several trial instances but found the same issue.

Please can anyone help what to do here?

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. i have done same testing in my OOTB environment. Click Add new opportunity line item will open the Main form

I think this is expected behavior, but i would like to suggest you contact Microsoft support to confirm with their PG to see if this is bug or expected
