Hello all,

I am reviewing the contacts that I have created in my Dynamics 365 environment and I observe that some have as owner the following team 'CustomerVoiceProjectOwnerTeam_78d6d117-8eb4-42da-a27e-108e1e2198e0'

Is it correct to think that they have been created because they have responded to a survey that I have sent? If this is so, when exactly does it happen, when do they answer the survey?

Did it happen to someone else?

    Hi Sandra,

    This happens when you send out an invite for the survey to the intended participants, and within the Distribution settings panel, under Participants section if the toggle is turned on for the 'Save Invited Participants as Contacts'(which is by default turned on). The ownership is assigned based on the role who is creating and sending the survey.

    I did not remember that this option existed when configuring the sending of a survey.
