Guest could not join teams webinar

Hi,
 
Today we had a first webinar  using  Customer insight journeys event center. Do you have any idea why people that had registered were required to sign in but couldn't? Only two guests were able to join, 17 is marked as /checked in/ in the event center.
 
 
That was never a problem when we used Teams Webinar directly and we used same settings.

    We analyzed the information you provided, created an Event webinar (with default settings) for testing, used users who registered for the event to attend the meeting, and did not reproduce your issue. we think the issue is related to your Event webinar.


     
     
    Also, regarding the sentence /That was never a problem when we used Teams Webinar directly/ is that the issue would not have occurred if the Microsoft Teams app was used to attend the meeting instead of opening the meeting link directly in the browser to attend the meeting. Is that correct?
     
    We would like you to provide us with more information about this issue, as it will allow us to find the cause of the problem more quickly.
