Scheduling Production Order, Start Date at May 2019, End Date at Jan 2020

Dear All.

Please help.

I have production order, delivery date is at 21th May 2019,

when I scheduling this production order using backward from delivery date, then result is => start date setted to 7th May 2019 and End date at 6th Jan 2020.

how I can check why the end date finish in the next 7 months later, our leadtime is 1 week.

how I check the other production order to make sure if other production order already occupied july until December 2019.

please help, thank you

    Can you check if the calendars are setup correctly? Do you have limited capacity enabled and is there any bottleneck?

    yes, just found out, calender not setted correctly, the efficiency percentage not set correctly.
