JMeter with load testing D365 FnO

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask for some help. I need to use JMeter for load testing with D365 FnO, and I found the related link (https://community.dynamics.com/blogs/post/?postid=4fc1ab59-1948-ee11-be6d-00224827e8f9). I have been following the steps continuously until the 'Utilizing JMeter Templates for Scenario Recording' section, where I encountered an error:

ERROR c.b.j.c.c.t.LocalConfiguration: Exception registering com.blazemeter.jmeter.correlation.core.templates.repository.RepositoryManager with implementation:com.blazemeter.jmeter.repository.plugin.system.SystemManager java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke /com.bzm.api.explorer.User.getDefaultAccount()/ because /this.currentUser/ is null

At first, I didn't see this error, but when I tried to proceed, I found that in the end, I couldn't complete some of the next steps. Has anyone used JMeter for load testing with D365 FnO?

I would appreciate some help.

Additional information:
  • JMeter version 5.6.2
  • JDK Development Kit 21.0.1
  • BlazeMeter - Correlation Recorder Plugin version 2.2.1

    You prefer to this doc
at first error. It will show you how to generate the API and key for Blaze meter. Then you download the jason file and pass to /bin folder. Once done, the error will disappear.

    Hi,
You can refer to this official documentation: Scenarios for load tests in Dynamics 365 implementation projects - Dynamics 365 | Microsoft LearnThis article describes steps and patterns that simulate complex and realistic user volume. Use the scenarios and associated samples to build a collection of load tests for your Dynamics 365 implementation project. You can learn more in Elements of a Test Plan on the Apache JMeter website. For more details: jmeter.apache.org.
    Best regards,
    Kevin
