Hello Everyone,

I am trying to send a message on Slack channel if the case Owner is member of a specific team in Dynamics 365.

For example, If the case owner is a member of Team X then send a message on Channel X

The case owner is a member of team Y then send a message on channel Y

Any ideas?

    Hi,

You should use the common data services:

Then, look for dynamics content and look fo owner:

Instead of systemusers, type you team name.

Thank you very much for your reponse, but looks like Common data service is not available to choose.

    Hi AAGustavo,

Common Data Service (CDS) — the data storage system that intensifies Dynamics 365 and Power Platform — has changed its name to Dataverse, part of a bigger rebrand at Microsoft. Dataverse does the same thing as CDS — but with a different name.

    Hello Leah,

Thank you very much for your reply, but the option Owners(teams) does not exist on dataverse condition.

    Kind regards,

    Gustavo

I found another way to resolve my problem, by triggering the contact or account owner.

Thank you for your time replying to me.

    Kind regards,

    Gustavo
