Greetings!
I'm having some troubles trying to cancel a return sales order. I know that if I want to cancel any other kind of sales order, I should select each one of its items, click Functions > Deliver Remainder > Cancel Quantity, but the Functions button is disabled when in return orders.
I found that for return orders I should go to the Return Order form instead, click in Functions > Cancel Returned Order, but this button is also disabled for me.
Can anybody help me?
