Attempt to Activate Work Order Service Generates Error

Hello,

stumbled across this issue when I was working on a flow to deactivate/activate Work Order Services.

Deactivation worked fine, but Activate failed.

When trying to do the same in our Sandbox through the UI, received this error:

To make sure this is not something in our environment, I loaded a fresh trial instance and received a different error message, though same error code:

Suspect now this is a issue with the app. Does anyone else see the same behavior?

Same issue does not surface with Work Order Products.

We're on 9.1.0000120.59 with 2019, wave 2.

Sandbox is currently on 2020, wave 1.
