I would like to ask you if you have any experience to send batch job alert to slack? Do you know if it possible or not?

    You can capture batch job errors using business events (System Administration - Setup - Business Events - Business events Catalogs)
     
    There are a few ways of going about this, but far the easiest is to just use Power Automate and then the Slack connector.
     
     
    If it's alert rules, you can make it send the alerts externally. That will also trigger a business event.
