We send insights to a segment via marketing customer journey.
I want to make a segment of contacts who have not opened the insight emails in the past. The idea is to remove them, or placing them on a nurture campaign.
Any help woud be appreciated as I jsut cant get the right filters to work within segments.
It's true that there is not one option that's says; not opened, which is a bit annoying.
What I often do that seems to work, is to create the following segment.
But why don't you use a customer journey in outbound marketing that goes like: Insight Segment -> Send email -> If option (If opened) Wait up to e.g. 14 days --If no-> Custom Channel (List Channel) ->End. Then you'll have a static list with all the ones who haven't opened the previous mail and you can do whatever you want with them.
