WCF Refresh Error AX2012

When I try to refresh WCF configuration in AX client configuration,

the above error appears.

I have two AOS in one server, I already checked the WCF port and restarted AOS.

Could you please give me any idea or solution for this situation?

    Thanks. I followed the suggestion: activate specific AIF service and it worked perfectly.

    Thanks for your answer, could you please tell me the name and location of cache files which I try to delete?

    Try deleting cache files

    Hi,

    Make sure you're pointing the right AOS server and AOS instance name in the connection tab.
