Does Dynamics Human Resources come with Cases? Our customer due to security, works with a manual entry based human resource activities and needs a good case management tool. I initially settled on Customer Service for use in Human Resource Case Management. We are building a few Power Apps and Flows to help the customer with the manual processes as well as giving the end personnel access to their information. Does Dynamics HR come with a built in case management tool (should I look at HR or Customer Service)?

    Dynamics 365 HR has a case management feature. Please check this documentation.
