Records gets duplicates after pressing F5 on table browser

Hello,

We have customized table so when i open table through table brower and press f5 (refresh) then it shows some records duplicate.

   For example, My table has 4 records and i press f5 on table brower then i shows 6 records there (2 records gets double) but when i open again table brower the records are still 4. what i am understanding the something went wrong when i press f5.

  please suggest how can i look the cause.

    Do you have any code in your form? I would look for a problem there, it sounds more likely than that the kernel is broken.

    Thanks Martin,  let's leave on form level. It happens on table level as well and table doesn't contains any methods instead of some find methods there.

    But it happens with your custom table only and no other tables in the system, right? What can you tell us about the table? Can you reproduce the problem on a copy? Do you have the latest kernel?

    Yes , it happens only on this specific custom table not on any other table.

    It is custom table with some fields , relations( with InventTable, InventLocation, InventSite, InventDim, WMSLocation, companyInfo and one of custom table) , some finds methods.

    We are using AX 2012 R3 CU12 , we have muliple environments all having same kernel version as 6.3.5000.5032 .

    The issue i am facing only on one of the environment ,not on others.

    Can you reproduce the problem on a copy of the table? If so, the next step will be simplifying it to isolate the problem - we don't want to deal with all the fields and relations that aren't related to the issue.
