Hi
the Production BOM created multiple line automatically .
Why it is creating multiple BOM lines ?
One more issue is that while trying to end the that work order w are getting the below message .

Could you explain what you mean when you say that the production BOM created multiple lines automatically.
Is this the item SVCPVC a service provided by a vendor? If so, a purchase order will be created when the production order is estimated. Has the purchase order been received?

Could you send a screenshot of the BOM for this item?
What is the quantity on the production order? The quantity of SPCPVC is very small, that may be an issue?

BOM is the first 3 lines of the production order .
Production order quantity is 13195 Kg (5000 Pcs)
SPCPVC is the item (to be crushed ) which we use for QC rejection

Why your bom line 3 is negative quantity? it should be not negative quantity.
please show your picking journal.

The BOM in line 3 is negative because we have a process where we BRing in Crush quantity( Qc rejection)
I suggestion you add quantity in bom line 3 change not negative quantity and try post picking list journal again.
Can you highlight the negative line and send a screenshot of the inventory transaction behind it, What is the unit for this item?
