Replication Issue - Store-info not going to the Outlet

I have an outlet and the transactions is coming through top list, but i can't push the information through       store info job.

what should i check and review and what the problem.

    Are you running the job manually or are you trying to schedule it and face issues? What error do you specifically face? What is written in the event viewer?

    please describe more details?

    are there any customizations or is that nav standard? do you use a module from a nav partner, e.g. a retail solution ?
