Addition of Maintain Charges in Assessble Amount of Purch Invoice Lines

HI, 

when we add maintain charges in purchase level or in purch invoice level the maintain charges need to get added to assessble amount of purch invoice line(vendinvoiceinfoline W Table) automaticaly. 

Do we have any setup available for this ? if yes can you please guide me through it. 

or 

Can we customize this functionality. if yes what would be the flow and procedure for this .
