I would like to set the unsubscribe link as a global variable in Dynamics 365 Insight Journeys, so that I can recall in each email template the variable and have a single centralized place (the variable) where I can change the URL if needed in the future, without having to modify everytime all email templates.
I was wondering if there is any way to create a global variable, and then insert that in the "link" field of the link options in an email template (as per screenshot attached), without having to create a Content Block.
Unfortunately, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys doesn't currently support global variables directly. This means you can't create a single variable that can be referenced across multiple email templates to store the unsubscribe link.
But as a workaround you can explore On click Unsubscribe and Dynamic Content.
