We are on Dynamics 365 on-prem and recently switched from Email Router to Server Side Synch. Can System admin in CRM approve emails for user mailbox?
Based on my research, i found that Global Admin+ Sys admin in CRM / Exchange admin + Sys admin in CRM can only approve emails for Online D365.
Will that apply for On premise CRM as well or CRM system admin is enough to approve emails in CRM?
