Hi, Please how can i link posted purchase invoice to job lines.
 
The purchase invoices have been posted but we need to link them as an actual cost on the project
 
is this possible please?

    I don't believe you can make this link one the invoice is posted. Are you able to cancel it? If you can cancel it and create a new purchase order then you can link it in the purchase lines of the new purchase order by selecting a job no. and a job task.

    Thank you for your response.
     
    The problem is I have more than 15 invoices affected so cancelling and recreating would be really tedious. that's why i wondered if there was another way out.
