You can use same wf for multiple journals for same type.

Have you tried select the wf from the drop down, rather than copying ?

The workflow you selected only works for daily journals (GL) and not for the AP journal vendor disbursement. Have you considered implementing a condition within the vendor disbursement journal workflow to differentiate the ISV flow from the new flow you are trying to establish?

Hi Kim Jopp

You can not use GL WF for other journal as all workflow is limited to specific journal.

You can create more than one vendor disbursement workflow and link to different journals.

I would suggest creating separate workflows and link with ISV as well as other journal.
