I have a case:
1/ I want to create payment proposal
2/ I want to approval this payment proposal
Manager1 10000USD
Manager2 20000USD
Manager3 50000USD
Director 200000USD
3/ After this payment proposal approved, I can create payment journal
Question:
1/ Can this system support it?. Thank you.

Hi Nguyen Cuong,
The standard application ships with a journal approval workflow that allows you incorporating the different approval steps and limits.
However, you seem to be interested in an approval that must be obtained before the payment / payment file can be created.
To my knowledge this is not supported in the standard application and requires an adjustment because the payment generation function is not bound to a workflow in standard AX.
