Move fields on the page

Hello,

Is that possible to move the fields on the Purchase Invoice Page? I would like to move the Assigned User ID to the top, but only for one user. Customize this page doesn't have this option. I don't want to change the page layout from the Development Environment. Any ideas? Thanks!

You should follow these instructions:

Click Customize This Page

Click Fast Tabs

Select the General fast tab and click Customize Fast Tab

Select the field Assigned User ID and change Importance to Promoted

Click Move Up until the field is all the way at the top.

This should work for you.
