How to send an email notifying of a new leave request to approve ?

Hello,

I am trying to set up a workflow where a employee receives an email when they need to approve an leave request.

I've set up the flow for one employee to request a new leave to their manager using the post hierarchy. I've set up the email when the request is approved but I don't know how to set up the email to the manager when a leave request is created.

As long as the manager (approver) has their email notifications turned on, they will receive an email when a request is submitted. You do not need to set up anything in the workflow.

(Edit: Of course, an organisation email template needs to be set up, but I don't think you are asking about this).
