Change all the VAT to GST

In dynamic NAV 2017 Cumulative W1, I want to change all the VAT's to GST as in Malaysia we use GST. But I am afraid I just change like that some options might not work. So can anyone help me or guide me the correct way to do this.

In your scenario the best would to download another country version where they already have GST. Example Australia. You need to check if there are any changes need to be made based on Malaysian tax rules.

Depending on a certain setup, you might be successful, but you should understand in details what exactly result you need to get. This relates to the transactions that will be calculated in the system. Apart from that, you would need to have your reporting - this would be either manual work or additional setup in the system using Account Schedules and exports to Excel or other electronic format, depending on your local requirements.

As Suresh mentioned, you can opt for the localization where it has been already implemented by default, e.g. Australia or New Zealand.
