Field Service Module - Schedule board calendar visibility

Hi,

I have a requirement where we need to hide the calendar part of Schedule board in Resource Scheduling app?

Is it possible to hide the calendar part but have the Filter section and Resources Cell section be visible? This is because our Users wouldn't want the dispatchers to see their calendar availabilities and non-availabilities. A dispatcher should be able to search for the resources and see the available resources for the time slot of a requirement but should not see each Resource's calendar work-hours, time-offs, available, not available.. etc. I know the whole purpose of Field Service is to be able to find a resource and book them for an assignment based on the work hours set by the resources but my users are a little hesitant on showing their calendars to dispatchers.

Anybody seen this scenario before? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for any help.

    I think the Schedule Assistant will be the only option, but the Dispatchers still have access to the resources calendar from the security perspective.

    How about using Resource Pool, give access to the dispatcher to see only the pool. In this scenario, you will need to have another user assign it to the resource in the pool later.

    There is no such setting and it will be hard for a dispatcher to plan work without knowing the resource's availability. My only idea would be the "Book" button on the work order that would present potential slots without disclosing more calendar details. From the booking panel they could still open Schedule Assistant.
