Re-Open opportunity button missing from Opp page

Hi Guys,
The out of the box Opportunity Re-open button is not appearing for me or my colleagues. This was in place last week but is not today.
Ive gone into my app and checked to see if the button is appearing in power apps and it is. As its an out of the box button I cant edit it, any idea what to do here?

Not appearing in the system then:

How can I fix this?

    You can debug button issue using command checker to know why it is not visible-

    d365demystified.com/.../

    This is fantastic, thank you so much.

    I have found the issue, I cant seem to see how to fix it though, the button is showing as fasle, so it is hidden, how can I turn this to true?

    Of course, see here that the re-open opportunity button is showing as hidden.
