Trying to create a record with Purchase order line status field set to Invoiced

Hi All,

I am trying to create a new Purchase order line record by importing a record from Excel file using Purchase order lines V2 entity and trying to set the field Purchase order line status as Invoiced. When I view the map for the entity, the Purchase order line status doesn't get automatically mapped from source and when I try to manually map it, I am getting below error:

One or more configuration key in the data entity is disabled. The disabled field(s) 'PurchaseOrderLineStatus' will not be available for use.

DataEntity has LogisticsBasic configuration key specified, which is enabled and there is no config key specified at Field level.

Any clue why I am getting the above error for line status field?

Hi Ergun,

I already looked at this post. It doesn't address the issue I am experiencing. I am trying to add the mapping for PurchaseOrderLineStatus field, but I am getting following error:

One or more configuration key in the data entity is disabled. The disabled field(s) 'PurchaseOrderLineStatus' will not be available for use.

I also tried deleting the entity from Entity list and refreshing the entity list, but it didn't help. Can I not provide the value for the field, which is marked as Not editable at table level? Even if it is the case, then why DMF throwing a completely different error related to configuration keys

Does anyone have any clue in regards to the above issue?

Hi Baber,

Just to confirm - you get the error message when you add field "Purchase order line status" in the Field mapping?

I have just tested similar approach on 10.0.19 - internal version - and I was able to add the field to the mapping without getting any error message:

But I received correct error message later on importing:

As field doesn't allow manual update.
